Good service provider, only problem we identified is for long drive we have to handover the car to the same pickup point where we took for rent, it would be very nice let say From theni to chennai - in Chennai there should be some drop office - similarly vice versa atleast for frequent destinations :)

Don’t rent car from them. Cheaters, don’t waste ur money. Both i10 and Alto are in bad state. We rented a car that stopped all of a sudden in the middle of the trip. The car broke down half way, didn’t even start, our entire day was ruined and we had to pay for repair work. When we called about breakdown they said, pay for the repair and we will refund. We did and brought the car to them, then they said it’s as per terms we signed that we need to give it back in the same condition and they can’t refund. Rent 1500 + 1800 repair + entire day was ruined. The car will stop in the middle of trip!!!!
First of all, I would love to pass on how happy I have been with their service, I had a pleasant experience, it's hard to get a rental car (Self drive cars) in a town like Theni. Also I had a great experience with reliable car rental! Having used Onroadz Cars two times now for my trips to in and around Theni. I always found the staff to be friendly, courteous and helpful.The cars which they are offering is very clean, and in good condition. The only inconvenience that I faced is self pick up and drop at their office. There is no delivery option at the required place. "We will come back to you every time"
